Genres: Early Rock, Folk, Blues with and emphasis on beginning guitar for all ages.

 

Education: Graduate of the University of Memphis

 

Biography: John began playing guitar in the 1960's and played throughout high school and college. He has played extensively in the Mid-south region for institutional, public, and private functions. John is a member of the American Federation of Musicians, and was acknowledged in the Memphis Garage Band book in 2001. As a kid John says, All I ever wanted to do was play the guitar! He has been teaching at Lane Music since 1989.
