J.T. Page

Biography: JT Page, A devoted life-long musician, arranger and bandleader has recently completed his first solo CD project, Olivia's Dance. You may not have heard of JT as he has been quietly supporting other name artists including Joyce Cobb, The Platters, Ann Peebles, Bruce Carroll and many others over the years. As a pianist / keyboardist, JT has been a mainstay and key contributor to Hope Pres respected Worship Team under the leadership of multiple Grammy / Dove winner Bruce Carroll. For those who know JT, his immense talent is only overshadowed by his genuine humility. A real rarity these days. So when the timing and opportunity to flesh out some of his songs and arrangements opened up at The Grove, JT called upon some of his most talented friends and headed for the studio. Teaming up with producer / engineer Kerry Kernan, JT has come out of the studio with a very unique, musically eclectic ten song CD titled Olivia's Dance. The songs span a huge range of influences and expression. From Jazz trio to Memphis Gospel to modern fusion and more, the project is hard to categorize yet remains musically appealing. Some of JT's talented Friends he called upon to contribute to the project include: Ephie Johnson, Joyce Cobb & Rudy Howard on Vocals, Pat Register & Mark Lewis on Sax, Sam Shoup on Bass, Doug McMinn & Jason Cooper on Drums, Lloyd Rainey on Guitar and of course JT playing a variety of instruments including Piano / Vibes / Flute / Bass / Organ etc.
