Heather Thompson


Heather Thompson has played the violin for fifteen years and has taught for over four. Most recently she taught in Spanish at a children’s home in Bolivia, South America. Through the years she has studied with four professional teachers, the last being Julia Bushkova of North Texas University. She has played in several professional and community orchestras in the Dallas, Texas metroplex. With her violin in hand, she used music to minister internationally in orphanages and churches, with tours in Russia, Ukraine, Italy and Austria. Because of playing in over five countries, she is able to draw from a rich variety of influences, teachers, camps and workshops.
